Odegua Florence Ogunbor: Founder and President (Board Member)
Odegua is the Founder and President of the JOEF organization and the current president of Society of Women Engineers, Lagos Nigeria. She holds a first degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master degree in Industrial and Production Engineering. She has up to nine (9) years of experience in manufacturing industries such as Food processing, Agro – Allied and Plastics. She also has up to 15 years of experience volunteering as a Non – Profit Leader, Project Manager and Ambassador for both the JOEF organization and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) in Nigeria, where she managed several international and local projects to inspire young girls and helping them to find and follow their dreams as future engineers and technologists. Odegua works with the JOEF’s board of directors to oversee the Affairs of the organization.

Mrs Offor Isioma (Executive Director and Board Member)
Miss Offor is a Nigerian – Canadian Educational Psychologist and Guidance Counselor. Having obtained a first degree in Guidance and Counseling and a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology, she has previously worked at the Department of Women Development and Child Rights, in the Justice, Development and Peace Commissions at Ibadan, Nigeria. She currently works as an Educational Assistant with children with behavioral and Cognitive Delay in Calgary, Canada. She is well experienced in working on charitable projects and currently the Executive Director of JOEF, providing relevant support in monitoring the activities of the organization.x
Professor Christopher Osita Anyaeche (PATRON & Board Member)
Professor C.O Anyaeche is a Senior Lecturer and past Head of Department (HOD) of the department of Industrial and Production Engineering, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a highly respected engineering professional, mentor and leader. As an experienced educationist, he ensures regular provision of advice that helps in the growth and development of the JOEF organization and consistent achievement of its program goals and mission. Professor Anyaeche has been with the JOEF organization since 2009 and passionate about creating a gender balance in the education sector in Africa.
Irubor Martha (Operations Director)
Miss Irubor is a practicing computer scientist who resides in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a strong advocate for gender equality in education and has been volunteering for the JOEF organisation since January, 2019. She volunteers for JOEF as Operations Director where her major tasks include fund raising and external relations among others. She works closely with the Executive Director and the board to ensure that program goals are continuously achieved.
Farombi Olusola: (Program Manager)
Miss Olusola is a Petroleum Engineer with a Masters degree and currently practicing her profession in an Agro- allied manufacturing firm in Oyo State, Nigeria.
She joined JOEF in 2022 as the program manager, helping to ensure that the programs are effectively implemented by involving in strategic planning and monitoring of organization’s activities.
Ololade Grace Elebute (Facilitator)
Miss Ololade graduated from the University of Lagos with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has acquired a lot of professional experience that has helped her in achieving a proper foundation in Computer Science & Information Technology, majoring in Software development & Graphics design. She was also a Web Designer for a Movie Store System in Lagos where she gained experience to deploy scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JQUERY and JAVASCRIPT. Miss Ololade is a part time facilitator for hands on Engineering and Technology related activities for the JOEF organization.
Mr Adegbola Godwin Abidoye: (Facilitator)
Mr. Abidoye is an excellent Software Engineer currently employed at one of Nigeria’s leading tech firms, Xpress Payment Solutions. With prior experience at renowned fintech organizations such as Sidmach Technologies and Asset and Resource Management holding company, Stemming from his background in Education as a qualified teacher and facilitator who graduated from the University of Ibadan, he brings a wealth of expertise to our volunteer team. Mr Abidoye has been actively involved in our efforts to inspire, educate and mentor young individuals, fostering their interest in technology under our Engineering and Technology Innovation Programs for Girls, where he trained and mentored more than 250 school girls on Programming and choosing a tech career. He is not only passionate about technology but also about nurturing budding talent and guiding them towards successful careers in the tech industry.
Salako Rhoda (Facilitator)
Mrs Salako has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and currently works as a Hydrodynamics Engineer with Global Oceon Engineers Ltd, Nigeria. While carrying out her Internship at the Center4Tech Lagos, she first volunteered on a partnership project with JOEF as a facilitator where she trained up to 100 high school girls on Electronics design and Programming. She is passionate about impacting young girls through STEM projects and also a volunteer with the Society of Women Engineers, Lagos.
Rhoda is a part time volunteer for the James Ogunbor Education Foundation and will be on this project as a facilitator.
David Ogunbor: Intern (Volunteer)
David is a young intern and volunteer at the JOEF organization. He a high school grade 5 science student who is preparing to become an engineer. David volunteers for the Foundation whenever he is on holiday from school, helping with both administrative and other volunteer duties
