JOEF partners with the Sierra Leone Women Engineers (SLWE) and the Saint Augustine Agricultural Secondary School, Lungi to implement the project titled: Using Information Technology Tools as a Platform for Communicating Engineering Projects. The event sponsored by US based Engineering Information Foundation (EiF) took place from 26th to 30th of September 2023. Girls were able to create prototypes of towers and different shapes of buildings using cardboard sheets, they were also able to create electric table fans. They were able to use software tools such as Clipchamp, Capcut, etc to create narrative videos of their works. It was all fun during the entire event and the girls were very excited.
